首先, 專家指出, 在享受信用卡積分所帶來(lái)便捷和實(shí)惠時(shí), 消費(fèi)者需要保持理性并注意相關(guān)規(guī)定。雖然許多銀行宣傳其產(chǎn)品可以“無(wú)門(mén)檻”、“永久有效”，但是從細(xì)則中我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)原始條款里面對(duì)此類政策做了更詳盡地說(shuō)明，并非所有情況下都適用于“無(wú)條件”的字眼之下。

此外，還存在部分商戶通過(guò)非正常手段獲取大量信用卡積分進(jìn)入黑市流通，并將其套取成現(xiàn)金牟利；同時(shí)也有少數(shù)用戶試圖通過(guò)惡意套取、刷單等方式提高自己賬戶內(nèi)的可兌換額度。這樣既嚴(yán)重影響到正常交易環(huán)境安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)營(yíng) , 同時(shí)極具欺騙性質(zhì) ， 對(duì)其他合法用戶造成經(jīng)濟(jì)上 的損失 ， 使得整體社會(huì)公平公正產(chǎn)生較大干擾 。 這就給監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)增加了相應(yīng)工作任務(wù)壓力

除此之外，在某些特殊情況下，“盈余轉(zhuǎn)移”操作同樣屬于觸碰底線范疇?！坝噢D(zhuǎn)移”即借助第三方支付渠道變相提前支配未結(jié)算資金去開(kāi)展投資理財(cái)收益項(xiàng)目或購(gòu)置高價(jià)值物品. 雖說(shuō)暫時(shí)能夠獲得超預(yù)期回報(bào)率 , 然而若事態(tài)敗露總歸要付出代價(jià)——由民間糾紛演化為司法事件處理程序.
