首先, 對于許多用戶來說, 他們并沒有真正理解所使用產(chǎn)品可能帶來的風(fēng)險以及相應(yīng)責(zé)任；其次, 在市場競爭加劇下, 許多機構(gòu)為了獲取更高收益紛紛擴大放貸新渠道和范圍甚至采取過度營銷手段; 再次, 風(fēng)控技術(shù)滯后導(dǎo)致監(jiān)管漏洞等原因使得一些惡意欠款人可以通過變換身份信息進行套現(xiàn)等違法操作……所有這些因素共同促成了一個龐大又復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)里頻頻上演"逾期還款"戲碼。

對此，《XX新聞》記者深入調(diào)查走訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，并非所有“逾期賬單”都源自客戶本身信用問題?！拔抑皇窍胍徺I一臺電器設(shè)備”，某位被催收公司電話轟炸數(shù)月仍未償還成功案例稱：“結(jié)果最終連本帶息支付了幾倍價格。” 還有像抖音平臺上刮獎引導(dǎo)下載APP填寫基礎(chǔ)信息就能領(lǐng)取百元優(yōu)惠券、六十秒極速放款廣告推送給學(xué)生群體……

同時值得注意到，在當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下虛擬貨幣交易火爆情況下產(chǎn)生類似P2P模式比特幣借貸新型集資項目坑害投資人事件增長明顯。據(jù)統(tǒng)計顯示2018-2021年全國涉案金額超200億以上！造成家庭血汗積攢全部打水漂！

針對目前存在智慧金融市場亂象，《XX新聞》呼吁相關(guān)政策制定部門應(yīng)該進一步強化立法力度完善規(guī)章制度建議重點以下三條：
